The UFO incident at Rendlesham Forest in December 1980 was an emergency diversionary media construct to cover-up the theft of over a hundred yearling Gromlins being transported past Bentwaters airbase on that night. Gromlins were an experimental attempt by British government scientists to create a smaller human race as a means to alleviate the stress of the future population on the resources of earth. At a maximum of two foot high, they are in proportion to an average human, but have some unusual capabilities. Their brains may be the size of an average baby's, but early genetic alterations resulted in a more dynamic thinking process to compensate. There is also anecdotal evidence that they are able to produce hallucinations at will – their most common is make a person believe small animals and toys have taken on human characteristics.
They currently reside near the village of Somersham in Suffolk near to this little brook and number nearly one hundred and fifty.
